Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Terminal Zero platform and website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Terminal Zero, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using Terminal Zero on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Terminal Zero provides a white-labeled, AI-powered outbound lead generation platform for agencies. We provide the infrastructure, lead sourcing, email automation, and management tools. Your agency operates the platform under its own brand.

3. User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate information during onboarding.
  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) when using the platform.
  • You must not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

Terminal Zero retains all rights to the platform software, algorithms, and underlying technology. Your agency retains full ownership of the branding, content, and lead data generated through your white-labeled instance.

5. Data Ownership

You own all data processed through your Terminal Zero platform. We do not sell, share, or monetize your lead data. You may export your data at any time and in full.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terminal Zero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a full export of your data. Your white-labeled instance will be deactivated after a 30-day grace period.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Terminal Zero operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
